Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean
Out Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean is the ideal choice for one-time, seasonal and first time cleanings. We also customize this service for Move In Cleanings and Post-Construction Cleanings.
Includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Some homes have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that we cannot reach by hand.
* If a surface is more than 70% covered, we will only clean the open areas. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
General Cleaning
Our General Cleaning is the PERFECT way to maintain your home! If you just had our “Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean”, the “General Cleaning” will follow on our recurring cleanings whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up upon our arrival.
* If a surface is more than 70% covered we will only clean the open areas. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Please Take Note of the Following:
- Dishes will not be washed. If there is an empty dishwasher, we will load, but must be noted on work order
- We do not pick up waste, blood or feces (animal or human)
- We are not permitted to open glass doors (example: china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.)
- For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder
- Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched
Extras (Additional Charges Apply)
- Hand wash all baseboards-maintenance/general add-on ($60-$80)
- Refrigerator/freezer interior cleaning ($40)
- Oven interior cleaning ($30)
- Hand wash wood blinds or shutters ($10 per blind / shutter)
Note – we do not wash mini-blinds or pull their strings
